Terms of Use

1. What the Service is

B⋅D Terminal is a partner web terminal for trading binary options with the broker BinoDex. We provide the interface: chart, orders, signals, auto trading, a strategy builder, a strategy market and a support desk.

We are not a broker. We do not open trading accounts, take deposits or execute trades. Your account, balance, deposits, withdrawals and order execution are handled by BinoDex under its own terms.

2. Who may use it

You must be of legal age (18+, or higher if required in your country) and binary options trading must not be prohibited for you by the laws of your country. You are responsible for complying with local law.

You sign in with a BinoDex account, an email code or Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your account and device secure and for everything done from your session.

3. Signals, strategies and auto trading

Signals (G-Signals, Jev Signals, builder and market strategies), historical tests and statistics are informational tools, not investment advice and not a promise of profit.

Auto trading places real orders on the account you choose with the parameters you set (stake, martingale, limits). Turning the bot on and all of its trades are your responsibility. The bot may stop on broker errors, an expired session, the end of paid access or when limits are hit.

We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee the absence of delays, data errors or failures of third-party services (the broker, quote and signal providers).

4. Strategy builder and market

Strategies you build belong to you. By publishing a strategy in the market you confirm you hold the rights to it and allow us to show its card, description and images and to grant buyers the right to run it.

Listings are moderated. We may reject or unlist a card that breaks these terms, is misleading (for example, promises guaranteed profit) or contains third-party material.

A buyer of a paid strategy receives a licence to run it in signals and auto trading for the plan period — without the right to copy, modify, resell or share its internals. Free copies from the market are view-only.

Strategy descriptions and figures are provided by the author. We do not verify or guarantee their future performance.

5. Diamonds, BD$ and the referral program

Diamonds (◆) are internal units of the Service. They can be earned by inviting friends, bought, or spent on features (for example, AI builds beyond the free limit and Jev Signals access). Diamonds are not money, e-money or a security.

Diamonds can be exchanged for the internal BD$ balance at the rate shown in the interface, and BD$ can be withdrawn in USDT through a request reviewed by the administration. Rates, minimum amounts and feature prices may change.

We may withhold or cancel rewards obtained by breaking the rules: self-referrals, multiple accounts, fake activity or payment fraud. Such withdrawal requests may be rejected.

6. Prohibited

• attempting to access other users’ accounts, strategies or data;
• interfering with the Service, bypassing limits, creating excessive load or exploiting vulnerabilities;
• copying or reselling purchased strategies and Service materials;
• publishing illegal, abusive or misleading content;
• using the Service for money laundering or other illegal activity.

If you break these rules we may restrict features, stop your bot, unlist your strategy or close your access to the Service.

7. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profit, decisions made on the basis of signals and statistics, or the actions of the broker and other third parties.

Where liability is nonetheless established, it is limited to the amount you paid to the Service (not the broker) in the previous 3 months.

8. Changes and contact

We may update the Service and these terms. The new version is published on this page with its update date; by continuing to use the Service you accept it.
