1. Payment method

Payments to the Service are accepted in cryptocurrency through the TryBit payment service. After choosing a purchase you go to the TryBit payment page; the invoice is valid for the limited time shown there.

A purchase is credited automatically once TryBit confirms the invoice is paid in full. If less than the invoice amount is paid or the invoice expires, the purchase is not credited — message us and we will sort it out.

2. Diamonds

Diamonds are sold in packs at the price and rate shown on the “Buy diamonds” page. They are credited to your balance as soon as payment is confirmed.

Diamonds are spent on Service features, for example 24-hour Jev Signals access or AI builds beyond the free limit. A purchased access period is added to the end of the current one.

3. Market strategies

The author sets the price and plans: one-time purchase (lifetime access), monthly subscription (30 days) or yearly subscription (365 days). A subscription is a prepaid period with no automatic charges; to extend access, pay for the next period and it is added to the current one.

A purchase grants a licence to run the strategy in signals and auto trading, not a copy of its internals. If the author unlists the strategy, the buyer keeps the paid period.

The platform keeps a fee from each sale (the rate is shown to the author when creating the listing). The rest is credited to the author’s BD$ balance and withdrawn in USDT through a regular request.

4. Refunds

Diamonds, access passes and licences are digital goods that take effect immediately after payment, so they are not refundable once credited.

The exception is a technical error on our side: payment went through but diamonds or access were not credited, or an invoice was charged twice. In that case we will credit the purchase or refund the payment in the same cryptocurrency minus the network fee.

Payment issues are accepted within 14 days. Include the order number (BD-… or MK-…) from your purchase history and message us on Telegram: @o_signals1 (https://t.me/o_signals1).

5. BD$ withdrawals

Your BD$ balance (from diamond exchange or market sales) is withdrawn in USDT on the ERC20, TON or SOL networks. Requests are reviewed by the administration and the amount is held during review. The minimum withdrawal is shown in the interface. Double-check the address and network: a transfer to a wrong address cannot be reversed.
