Privacy Policy

1. Data we receive

• Account data from the broker BinoDex or Google when you sign in: user ID, email, name (if provided), email verification status, balances and account settings shown in the terminal.
• Broker session tokens — in secure browser cookies; for auto trading — stored encrypted on our server.
• Your activity in the Service: trades placed through the terminal and the bot, bot settings and log, strategies you create, market listings, purchases, reviews, support messages and images.
• Technical data: pages viewed, device and browser type, language, referring site (domain only). Visitors are counted by a random device identifier; IP addresses are not stored in analytics, and only their hash is kept to protect the referral program.
• If you open the terminal from Telegram: Telegram ID, name, @username, language, Premium status and the fact that the Mini App was opened.
• If you enable push notifications: your browser’s subscription address and chosen topics.
• Payments: amount, status and invoice number of the payment service. The payer’s crypto wallet details are not shared with us; for USDT withdrawals — the address and network you enter.

2. Cookies and local storage

We use necessary cookies only: the sign-in session (access and refresh tokens), sign-in forgery protection (state), the inviter’s referral code and an anonymous device identifier. Sign-in and referrals do not work without them.

Interface settings (language, pair, timeframe, stake, chart style, strategy drafts) are kept in your browser’s local storage and are not sent to the server. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

3. Why we process data

• to let you sign in, trade, receive signals and run the bot;
• to process payments, credit diamonds, issue market licences and pay authors;
• to answer support requests and send the notifications you enabled;
• to protect the Service and the referral program from abuse;
• to understand which features are used and improve the Service (aggregated statistics).

4. Who we share data with

• BinoDex — the broker that handles sign-in, trades, deposits and withdrawals;
• Google — if you sign in with Google;
• Telegram — when you use the bot and the Mini App;
• TryBit — the crypto payment service (order number and amount);
• OpenRouter — the AI model provider: it receives the text and voice of your AI strategy-build request and market indicators for Jev Signals (without your personal data);
• your browser’s push notification service.

We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising. Data may be disclosed at the lawful request of competent authorities.

5. Retention

Account data, strategies, purchases and the trade log are kept while you use the Service. Visit statistics are kept for up to 400 days. The sign-in session expires on its own (refresh token — up to 90 days); signing out removes it from the browser.

6. Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, and turn off push notifications in the terminal settings. Trade and account data held by the broker are governed by BinoDex’s policy. To make a request, message us on Telegram: @o_signals1 (https://t.me/o_signals1).

7. Security

Connections use HTTPS, session cookies are not readable by page scripts, and bot tokens and payment keys are stored encrypted. No system is completely secure, so keep access to your account and device safe.
